One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account with rf99. • All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, and per device.
• rf99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it suspects misuse, exploitation of loopholes, or any form of bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for specified games only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotional terms.

rf99 may modify, pause, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Users who have already claimed an active promotion will be permitted to complete any associated wagering requirements before the promotion is withdrawn.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rf99 are final once confirmed. Users are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet before submission, including match selection, stake amount, and odds. rf99 accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the user.

Cricket betting at rf99 covers a wide range of markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Odds are subject to change before the start of an event; bets accepted prior to any odds change will be honoured at the original odds.

Voided & Abandoned Events

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise deemed void by our trading team, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to users' accounts. rf99's decision on voided events is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rf99 and may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities.
• Employing any form of software exploit, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over rf99's systems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or tournament hosted on or streamed via rf99.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other users, or sharing your own account credentials with any third party.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

rf99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC documents, or violation of responsible gaming policies.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to a completed KYC process.
